Contact us to talk through your loved one's needs, schedule, and preferences. We'll answer your questions and help determine the right level of care - with no pressure or obligation.

Caregiver Match & Approval

Based on your needs, we carefully match your loved one with a qualified, local caregiver. Families have the opportunity to meet and approve the caregiver before care begins, ensuring comfort and compatibility.

Care Begins & Ongoing Support

Once approved, care begins on a schedule that works for your family. As needs change, services can be adjusted to ensure consistent, reliable support.

Our Services

Always Home Senior Care provides non-medical companion care focused on safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Daily Living Support
  • Meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

  • Light housekeeping throughout the home

  • Bathroom setup and frequent deep cleaning in order to maintain a healthful environment

  • Laundry, light ironing, and folding

  • Bed making and regular linen changes

  • Ensuring clean clothing is readily available

Personal Well-Being
  • Communicating with all involved family members of all daily activities 

  • Reminders and encouragement of keeping up with personal hygiene, including daily change of clothing, etc.

  • Fall prevention awareness and assistance

  • Medication reminders 

General Information
  • Care options include: 24/7, hourly, live-in shifts 

  • We always tailor the shifts in a way that works for your family

  • Personalized care

  • All caregivers undergo extensive background checks

  • Clear communication required of all staff  

  • Caregivers outside NYC must have their own reliable transportation  

  • Private pay or Long-Term Care Insurance accepted​

  • Our rates are low and affordable since we do almost no advertising

  • Most of our business comes from referrals from prior clients and health care professionals

  • Medicaid not accepted 

  • All staff must live close to the case

  • THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP IS THAT FAMILIES WILL MEET AND APPROVE THE CAREGIVER BEFORE ANY SERVICES BEGIN.
